Metro reporter Patrick Arden found two kids at the Mayor's congestion pricing rally yesterday who were being paid $10 an hour "by one of the groups" to show up. That would be enough, as the Daily News pointed out this morning, to get them from Soundview, where they are from, to Times Square and back via an express bus.
