The city's Economic Deveopment Corporation officially rolled out its new Web site on Tuesday morning (in reality, it has been coming online in dribs and drabs), including a not-to-miss interactive map that shows the boundaries for all the various incentive programs, indicated by different colors and patterns. (Hint: Check out Lower Manhattan for a particularly pretty picture.) - Matthew Schuerman
