Here’s an invitation for a Sex and the City-inspired fund-raiser on May 29 for Democratic City Council candidate Alfonso Quiroz of Jackson Heights.
Suggested contributions range from $50, which they put in the Carrie category, all the way up to $250, which means the contribution is categorized as Mr. Big! (This all sort of writes itself.)

Azi - Is this the same Alfonso Quiroz who's the flack for Con Ed?
Its actually the same Alfonso Quiroz who has been an activist for years, works hard for our community and is an overall great guy.
Both those Alfonso Quiroz's are one and the same. Con Ed mouth piece and community "activist". Though one has to wonder why an activist and hard working community member would represent Con Ed, which has been anything but good for Queens.
