Once took issue? I still take issue with the fact that you call it a fleabag. You can not blame the staff for failing to keep up on the repairs when its parent company refers to it as "a placeholder, like a parking lot."
If Mr. Roth would put as much attention into maintaining it as much as he does looking to make a buck, the Hotel would rival any one of the "5 stars" in the city.
Quest: Would Vornado treat the Hotel the same way if it was one of their office buildings?
