At Fox News, Hannity Gets Multimillion Dollar Contract Extension; Colmes Gets Called 'Dumb Bastard'
Earlier this week, Richard Huff of the New York Daily News broke the story that conservative pundit Sean Hannity had signed a new multimillion dollar contract with Fox News, which will keep him at the cable news network through 2012.
"The new deal will keep Hannity as one-half of the nightly show Hannity & Colmes, which he does with Allan Colmes," reported Mr. Huff. "Today, the nightly show he hosts with Colmes has been No. 1 at 9 p.m. among the cable news networks for the past 58 months."
How's Mr. Colmes doing?
Today we checked in with Mr. Colmes' personal blog, Liberaland.
There, Mr. Colmes has just posted some fun feedback from Fox News fans. The e-mails offer a nice window into the life of Fox News' most prominent prime-time liberal.
"I have to say I wonder if in a previous incarnation you were a member of the Hitler Youth," one fan writes to Mr. Colmes.
"You hate America, you, like Obama want to see us lose the war, and you want to see Obama put his turbin back on and turn this country into a terrorist state where people like you who bow down to popularity instead of standing up for freedom survive," writes another fan.
"I WOULD KILL MY SELF IS I WAS KIN TO YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!" writes yet another.
Hang in there, Mr. Colmes! 2012 is just around the corner.
Hannity may be the biggest know-nothing blowhard on the planet. He constantly shows his ignorance. Limbaugh has a sense of humor. Hannity has only a sense of himself.

I enjoy Hannity and Colmes when/if Colmes can sit down and have the courtesy to shut up while a guest replies to a question.His childish prattle is a real distraction,preventing viewers from learning anything except how mindlessly liberal he is.Take your Ritalin,Alan. My name is Georgina Esteva. I live in Coral Gables, Fl.,Joe Biden said that Barak Obama would be tested. Fox has reacted strongly to this statement but failed to address the fact that Biden is pleading for support to the response that Obama will take to such action. What kind of action is being anticipated and what kind of response is going to be taken that Obama/Biden team know it is not going to be approved by the citizens of this Nation? Would it be an attack on Israel, Georgia or an attack in the United States? This is very dangerous.

Sean Hannity is my hero.....he is so right on with everything he says about Barrack Obama. I watch Fox News and Hannity every night, and this last program about the 10 reasons to NOT VOTE FOR OBAMA was brilliant!! Hopefully the American public will listen, and will think about what they are voting for before they go into the booth on Nov, 4. I am praying every day to God to save our great country from harm. Obama is a very dangerous man. God willing Senator John McCain will be our next president. Thank you Sean Hannity for fighting and trying to help to make people see through the lies and rhetoric so they make the right choice for the good of our great country and every American.

Dear Hannity: I am a 69 years old and retired. I pride myself in listenting to all sides when it comes to politics. Under the current administration (George Bush) and his faithful companion, (John McCain), the average people of the United States have been lead down a path to the poor house. George Bush ignored all the signs that a financial crisis was developing in our great country. He continued to take from the middle class and poor and give to the rich. I am all for having hard work payoff with great and deserved wealth. Giving billions of tax credits to the already rich makes no sense. Give some of those billions to the ones who deserve it.
I realize that with your recent multimillion new contract, you will have to pay uncle sam a few more bucks and i hope you don't have to give up anything you truly worked hard for as result.
Why don't you donate some of you extra income to Reverend Wright who you have slandered religiously. You might also want to offer him protection from the bigots who just might take your attacks on him seriously and try to do him harm simply because you have brainwashed them to hate a man who speaks his heart, just like you supposedly do.
In closing, you don't seem to understand that what you are doing is really hurting the man you claim to support for president.

Thank you for exposing the different questionable elements that Obama chose to call his friends and spiritual mentors during his growing and mind expanding years,so instrumental in shaping his political ambitions. - History repeats itself! I speak as a german born & raised, canadian citizen living in the US, married to a now retired military American.The younger generation in America does not know or understand how Hitler came to rise and fall during the Nazi era. There is an uncanny similarity which send shivers down my spine when I hear Obamas speeches, and many of his ideas are very similar to Hitler's when he started out. - Alan Colmes is very irritating & unpleasant - don't know how you Jean can tolerate him or how Fox News sponsors can support him, frankly I feel sorry for him because he doesn't even know how pathetic he is, interrupting intelligent guests in his child-like manner- truly unbelievable why he insists on constantly making a fool of himself! Short of becoming offensive I have to refrain myself - needless to say Jean, your show would be much better without Colmes!
