Looks to me like Dopp was just one of the MANY people Spitzer screwed over during his brief reign -- including the public, his wife and his staff.
We all know that Spitzer was behind troopergate. And Spitzer was trying to make Dopp take the fall for him. Typical.
Maybe it's time for the Public Integrity Commission ( a corrupt bunch if I've ever seen one) to leave Dopp alone. Welcome back dude.
